About Amy Hitchner-Allison
Founder of AHA Solutions Group, Recruitment Systems Strategist, AI Governance Advisor, US Army Veteran & Speaker.
Amy is a workforce strategist and founder at heart. She rebuilds recruitment operating systems and advises senior leaders on applying AI responsibly, without hype, risk, or tool overload. Today, she works directly with CEOs, COOs, and senior HR leaders across the country, helping organizations fix the infrastructure underneath hiring before layering in any new technology.
Rebuilding Recruiting Systems That Actually Hold Up
Amy Hitchner-Allison has a genuine and deeply practical understanding of what makes hiring systems fail. For her, fixing a broken recruiting function is not about adding new software or chasing the latest trend. It is about diagnosing the structural problems underneath and rebuilding with clarity, accountability, and intention.
In her work with business and HR leaders, Amy has developed a sharp ability to identify where workflows break down, where decision-making becomes unclear, and where accountability disappears. She understands that no tool, including AI, performs well on a broken foundation. Her approach is direct and deliberate: build the operating system first, then introduce technology in a way that teams can actually govern and use.
Advising Executives on AI and Workforce Strategy
Amy Hitchner-Allison brings executive-level decision support to leaders navigating some of the most pressing organizational challenges of this era. With a clear focus on AI governance, compliance risk, and workforce strategy, Amy’s guidance helps organizations move forward with confidence rather than anxiety.
Drawing from her deep operational experience in talent acquisition and her military background, Amy crafts advisory frameworks that are tailored to the specific needs of each organization she works with. Her counsel is not generic. It is grounded in real risk, practical implementation, and the kind of clarity that comes from having been in the room, not just having studied it. Every recommendation is built around what leaders and their teams can actually execute.
Amy Hitchner-Allison's Story
Amy Hitchner-Allison’s career is shaped by two defining forces: military service and a relentless commitment to operational clarity. She spent over eight years in the US Army, where she developed the leadership instincts, discipline, and direct communication style that still define how she works with clients today.
After transitioning out of the Army, Amy built a career across recruiting, staffing, and career coaching, working across industries and organization types before founding AHA Solutions Group. She has seen firsthand how hiring systems break down, how AI gets adopted without governance, and how well-meaning organizations end up creating more complexity instead of less. That experience is what drove her to build a firm focused entirely on fixing the foundation rather than adding to the noise. Today, Amy serves as a trusted advisor to executives who want real answers and systems that hold.
